Woman Killed, 13 Injured in Suspected Ramming Attack in Israel

In a tragic incident in central Israel, a woman lost her life and 13 individuals sustained injuries in what is believed to be a deliberate car ramming. The event occurred in Raanana, a city north of Tel Aviv. Authorities reported that two Palestinian individuals were apprehended, suspected of hijacking vehicles and subsequently running over several people across different locations in the city.

The emergency team from Magen David Adom disclosed that among the 13 injured, two were in serious condition, while the rest experienced minor injuries. Local hospitals reported that the victims included nine children, with one child being gravely injured.

One woman, who was critically injured in the incident, was pronounced dead at Meir Hospital near Raanana. The hospital released a statement expressing their regret, stating, “Despite all efforts to save her, a woman who was critically wounded by a vehicle succumbed to her injuries.”
