The Lebanese Health Ministry reported that an Israeli airstrike on a hotel, which was being used as a shelter for displaced people in southern Lebanon, killed at least four individuals.
The attack, which took place in Wardanieh in the Chouf district, north of Sidon, also left ten others injured.
An Associated Press reporter in a nearby town heard two sonic booms and an explosion from Israeli aircraft before the strike, followed by black and white smoke billowing from the building.
