France ‘extremely concerned’ over Lebanon-Israel border violence

Paris has expressed deep concern over the escalating violence along Lebanon’s border with Israel, urging all parties to show maximum restraint. France’s foreign ministry highlighted the significant increase in border violence and emphasized the need to implement U.N. Security Council resolution 1701, which regulates the border area. France reiterated its commitment to preventing any risk of escalation along the Blue Line that separates the two countries.
