Report: Israel Seeks Peace, Diplomats Head to Lebanon

Israel is reportedly keen to avoid an all-out war with Hezbollah due to concerns over the severe military, political, and economic challenges the country has faced over the past 10 months, according to a media report.

The al-Binaa newspaper stated on Friday that several Western and Arab diplomats are expected to visit Lebanon, aiming to encourage the Lebanese government to persuade Hezbollah not to retaliate against Israel following the killing of its senior military leader, Fouad Shukur.
