Italian Prime Minister Scheduled for Beirut Trip to Discuss Reducing Border Conflicts

Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni is scheduled to land in Beirut this Saturday, as reported by al-Joumhouria newspaper on Friday.

During her visit, Meloni plans to hold meetings with Lebanese Prime Minister Najib Mikati and Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri. A key focus of these discussions will be to address and reduce the ongoing tensions at the Lebanon-Israel border.

Additionally, Meloni is set to meet with Major General Aroldo Lazaro, the commander of the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon.
