Israel-Hezbollah conflict: What’s new?

Israeli fighter jets conducted airstrikes in southern Lebanon, demolishing a residence in Majdal Zoun and attacking an unoccupied building in Blida with a drone missile, as reported by the National News Agency.

In response, Hezbollah claimed to have launched a Burkan rocket targeting the al-Baghdadi Israeli military outpost, successfully hitting its mark. Additional Israeli airstrikes occurred near Naqoura and the al-Labbouneh mountain area. These incidents are part of the ongoing conflict triggered by a Hamas attack on October 7, leading to almost daily exchanges of fire between Hezbollah and Israeli forces. The ongoing conflict has resulted in at least 303 casualties in Lebanon, primarily among Hezbollah fighters, and including civilians. On the Israeli side, the conflict has claimed the lives of 10 soldiers and seven civilians.
