Halevi: Israeli Army Ready for Any Mission in Lebanon

Israeli army chief Herzi Halevi held a briefing with the General Staff Forum to assess the situation along the Lebanon border, following an incident in which a Hezbollah drone struck a tall building in Nahariyya on Monday morning, according to a statement from the Israeli military.

Halevi described Hezbollah’s drone attack on a residential building as a serious escalation, emphasizing the threat to civilians in northern Israel.

He also noted that the Israeli military is responding decisively in the northern region, remaining on high alert with operational plans in place and ready to execute any assigned missions.
