Germany Warns ‘All Sides’ Against Escalation After Second Wave of Lebanon Blasts

German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock on Thursday urged restraint in the Middle East following a second wave of deadly explosions at Hezbollah strongholds in Lebanon.

“I caution all parties against further escalation,” Baerbock posted on social media platform X. “Strikes and retaliations do not move the region even a step closer to peace.”
