Gallant Vows ‘Lethal, Precise, and Surprising’ Strike on Iran

Israel’s Defense Minister, Yoav Gallant, issued a stern warning on Wednesday, stating that Israel’s response to a recent Iranian missile attack would be both “lethal” and “surprising.”

In a speech to Israeli troops, Gallant emphasized, “Our strike will be lethal, precise, and most importantly, unexpected. They won’t understand what happened or how it occurred, but they will see the consequences. Whoever attacks us will suffer and pay the price.”

This warning follows Iran’s missile attack on Israel on October 1, which the United States assisted in defending against. U.S. President Joe Biden has made it clear that he would not support retaliatory strikes on sites connected to Iran’s nuclear program.
