Blinken Vows Continued Efforts to End Mideast Conflict

U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken intends to continue his efforts to resolve the conflicts in Gaza and Lebanon before his term concludes, the State Department announced on Thursday.

State Department spokesperson Matthew Miller emphasized that the commitment to ending the wars in Gaza and Lebanon and increasing humanitarian aid to Gaza remains a priority. “We will pursue these goals until noon on January 20, when the president-elect officially takes office,” Miller told reporters.
