Ariana Grande drops ‘Eternal Sunshine’ album

Ariana Grande, the Grammy-winning artist and actress, unveiled her seventh studio album, “Eternal Sunshine,” this Friday, marking her first musical release in three years. The album features a collection of 13 songs.

At the age of 30, Grande introduced the first single from this album, “Yes, and?” in January. The release of the album was accompanied by a music video for “We Can’t Be Friends (Wait for Your Love),” which premiered the same day.

The video, under the direction of Christian Breslauer, draws inspiration from the 2004 movie “Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind,” which featured Jim Carrey and Kate Winslet.

A touching addition to the album is the inclusion of Grande’s grandmother, Marjorie Grande, who collaborates on the last track titled “Ordinary Things (featuring Nonna).”

Beyond her music, Grande’s fans can anticipate her appearance in the upcoming movie adaptation of the musical “Wicked,” directed by John M. Chu. She will star alongside Cynthia Erivo, with the film expected to hit cinemas worldwide in November.

Among Grande’s globally recognized hits are tracks like “Thank U, Next,” “7 Rings,” “Positions,” and “Santa Tell Me.”
