Air France and Transavia Suspend Beirut Flights Until Tuesday

Air France and its low-cost subsidiary Transavia France have announced that their flights to Beirut will remain suspended until at least Tuesday due to โ€œsecurityโ€ concerns in the region, according to Air France-KLM on Saturday.

These airlines initially halted their flights to Beirut on Monday, following Israelโ€™s vow of retaliation against Hezbollah, which it accused of launching rockets that killed 12 people in the Israeli-annexed Golan Heights.

Meanwhile, flights to Tel Aviv will continue as scheduled, a spokesperson informed AFP.
