The 24-year-old striker reached the milestone in the 52nd minute, contributing the third goal in City’s dominant display. Although the goal was not among his most clinical finishes, it counted all the same. Haaland capitalized on a low cross from Matheus Nunes, which deflected off his left leg, then his trailing right, and ultimately rolled into an open net.

Despite its unorthodox nature, the goal was Haaland’s 33rd for the season, underlining his consistency. According to recent statistical comparisons, he reached 300 goals in just 370 professional appearances. This pace surpasses the early-career scoring rates of other elite forwards, including Kylian Mbappé, Lionel Messi, and Cristiano Ronaldo, who reached the same mark in 409, 418, and 554 matches, respectively.
