On Thursday, Hezbollah launched attacks on multiple Israeli sites, including air defense systems and positions in northern Israel. In retaliation, Israeli drones executed airstrikes within Lebanese territory.
The militant group Hezbollah claimed responsibility for deploying two kamikaze drones to strike an air defense location and Iron Dome launch pads near the Israeli settlement of Kfar Blum. Subsequently, Israeli drones and warplanes struck back, targeting the Hanine Mountain area near al-Bazouriyeh close to Tyre, and the Jabbour heights in the Jezzine district.
These incidents are part of an ongoing series of clashes between Hezbollah and Israeli forces that have been occurring nearly every day since the outbreak of the Israeli conflict in Gaza.
Earlier the same day, Hezbollah announced that it had attacked the Jal al-Alam post and the Radar post in the disputed Shebaa Farms area. In response, Israel shelled several towns along the southern border, including areas near Tayr Harfa and al-Naqoura.
Additionally, Israeli warplanes, tanks, and artillery targeted the border town of Yaroun overnight.
