5 missiles strike near ship in Red Sea in suspected Houthi attack

A ship traveling through the Red Sea faced repeated missile fire on Friday in what authorities believe was an attack by Yemen’s Houthi rebels. According to the British military’s United Kingdom Maritime Trade Operations center, five missiles landed near the vessel as it was off the coast of Hodeida, a port city controlled by the Houthis. Fortunately, the missiles did not cause any damage to the ship. Although the Houthis did not immediately claim responsibility, their history of similar attacks suggests they may be behind this incident.
