Ukraine: East situation worsens significantly

Ukraine’s military leader, Oleksandr Syrsky, reported on Saturday that conditions on the eastern front have worsened considerably in recent times. He attributed this escalation primarily to a marked increase in enemy offensives following the presidential elections in Russia. Syrsky noted that measures have been taken to bolster the most vulnerable defensive zones with enhancements in electronic warfare capabilities and air defense systems.
