Israeli drones conducted an aerial assault on Kfakila Wednesday, while artillery targeted Kfarshouba, Houla, and the fringes of Kfar Hamam. Additionally, fighter jets created sonic booms over Nabatieh and Iqlim al-Toffah.
On the preceding Tuesday evening, Israeli jets attacked the southern town of Shihine, specifically targeting the Amal-linked Islamic Risala Scout Association, though no casualties ensued.
During the night, warplanes also deployed incendiary balloons across southern Lebanon, according to the National News Agency.
In response, Hezbollah launched drone and rocket attacks on two Israeli military outposts in northern Israel on Tuesday, following an Israeli drone strike that resulted in the death of an elite Hezbollah member in the southern village of Shaqra.
Since the beginning of October, Israeli airstrikes in Lebanon have resulted in over 450 fatalities, primarily targeting Hezbollah militants, but also claiming around 90 civilian lives. Conversely, on the Israeli side, the conflict has resulted in the deaths of 21 soldiers and 13 civilians.
