Israeli Strike Near Damascus Kills 6, Including Pro-Iran Fighters

An Israeli airstrike on Monday in the Sayyida Zeinab district, located to the south of Damascus in Syria, resulted in the death of six individuals, including pro-Iran fighters. This information comes from a report by a war monitoring group.

Rami Abdel Rahman, who heads the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, stated, “Israeli strikes targeted a base belonging to Hezbollah and Iran’s Revolutionary Guards, killing six people.” He noted that the fatalities included fighters aligned with Iran. However, he mentioned that it remains uncertain whether any civilians were among those killed in the strike.
