Iran Condemns ‘Vicious’ Israeli Strike in Dahieh

On Tuesday, Iran denounced an Israeli airstrike in the southern suburbs of Beirut, describing it as a “vicious” attack. Israel claimed the strike targeted a Hezbollah commander responsible for last week’s rocket attack on the Israeli-annexed Golan Heights.

Foreign ministry spokesman Nasser Kanani released a statement condemning the action, saying, “The vicious and criminal behavior of the Zionist gang in Beirut’s suburbs will not deter Lebanon’s proud resistance from continuing its honorable mission of supporting the oppressed Palestinians and opposing the aggression of the Israeli apartheid regime.”
