Tom Holland Confirms Spider-Man 4 Filming to Begin Soon

It’s official! Tom Holland has confirmed that the fourth *Spider-Man* movie is on its way. During an appearance on *The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon*, Holland shared his enthusiasm and revealed that filming will start next summer.

“It’s happening. We start shooting next summer, and everything’s set. We’re almost there. It’s super exciting—I can’t wait,” Holland said in conversation with Fallon.

This upcoming *Spider-Man 4* will follow the massive success of *No Way Home*, released in 2021, where Holland starred alongside previous *Spider-Man* actors Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield. While Marvel Studios and Sony Pictures have yet to officially announce the film, Holland’s update has fans buzzing.

This news comes soon after reports that Holland is set to collaborate with director Christopher Nolan on a new vampire-themed film, reportedly starring Matt Damon as well.

Reflecting on his upcoming *Spider-Man* project, Holland previously mentioned, “Zendaya and I read it together, and we were so thrilled, jumping around the living room. It’s a movie that fans deserve, but there are still some details to sort out before we can get everything going. There are a lot of moving pieces, but things are looking good,” he said.

Holland and Zendaya first met while filming *Spider-Man: Homecoming* in 2016 and became close friends before rumors of their relationship surfaced.

Most recently, Holland starred in *The Crowded Room*, an Apple TV+ miniseries released in 2023.
