Gantz warns Israelis in the north to “brace for tougher days”

Israeli war cabinet minister Benny Gantz traveled to northern Israel in response to the escalation of Hezbollah attacks in the area, as reported by Israel’s Channel 12. During his visit, Gantz met with mayors of several northern towns near the border and issued a stark warning about the potential for increased conflict.

Gantz advised the mayors not to complain about the current situation, hinting that the future could bring more severe challenges. “Get ready for tougher fights, get ready for tougher days here, it can get us to war,” he emphasized.

He also expressed his belief that while neither the Lebanese government nor Hezbollah desires a full-scale war, it is crucial to apply pressure on Hezbollah now to prevent a broader conflict.
