On Wednesday, popular singer Ariana Grande revealed her plans to release a new album in 2024. This upcoming project, announced on her Instagram page, will be her seventh studio album, following her 2020 release, “Positions.”
In her Instagram post, Grande hinted at the album’s progress with a caption saying, “See you next year.” The post included studio images and a video clip where she humorously remarks on being exhausted but also expresses her happiness and gratitude, joking about feeling incredibly heavy.
Further teasing her fans, Grande posted on her Instagram story a FaceTime screenshot with the caption, “The two moods of the album.” Additionally, she shared fans’ posts showing packages received from her, which included red lipstick from her R.E.M. Beauty line and a note with the same message, “See you next year.”
This announcement comes shortly after Grande switched to Good World Management firm, ending her long-term association with manager Scooter Braun.
The forthcoming album will also be her first music release since her marriage and subsequent separation from real estate agent Dalton Gomez.
Despite the buzz, a spokesperson from Republic Records has yet to officially confirm the news in response to the AP’s request.
