Anti-aging CEO claims it now takes him 19 months to age one year

Tech entrepreneur and Project Blueprint mastermind Bryan Johnson, renowned for his research on longevity, has announced a significant reduction in his biological aging rate. According to a recent analysis, Johnson revealed that due to this deceleration, his biological age now advances by one year every 19 months. Essentially, it takes him 19 months to age one year biologically.

In a social media post on X, Johnson wrote, “My new record: 0.64 pace-of-aging. My birthday is now every 19 months. Previously I built Braintree Venmo, now I build human, with a goal to slow and reverse aging. Nutrition is a power law of anti-aging. This is what I eat every day. You can too.”

“I’ve been working on reducing my rate of aging, and I just hit a personal best—0.64. This means that for every 12 months that go by, I age only 7.6 months,” Johnson explained in a video message.

### Project Blueprint

Project Blueprint aims to establish a stringent daily regimen designed to slow down the aging process. The 46-year-old entrepreneur spends $2 million annually on this program, which has successfully reversed his epigenetic age—a key indicator of cellular aging.

Johnson follows a strict diet, consuming 100 daily supplements and calorie-controlled meals. Recently, he added high-flavonol, pure cocoa, free from heavy metals, to his daily intake.

To date, Johnson claims he has reversed his epigenetic age by 5.1 years.

Johnson has gained attention for his unconventional methods to reverse aging and enhance longevity, including risky blood transfusions with his family and experimenting with various hair treatments.
