Body believed to be British journalist undergoing tests
A body believed to be that of journalist Alec Collett, killed at the height of Lebanon's 1975-90 Civil War was transferred to London on Thursday to conduct DNA tests. British experts working in eastern Lebanon have recovered a body believed to be that of Collett on Tuesday. The nine-member British team, comprising military and intelligence specialists, had found two bodies while searching in eastern Bekaa.|Full Story



Analysis Donations expected to arrive as Nahr al-Bared reconstruction begins
Officials from a dozen donor organizations toured the war-battered Nahr al-Bared Palestinian refugee camp near Tripoli on Friday, with construction of new buildings slated to start in the coming days. Formation of a Cabinet and the resolution of a legal challenge to the reconstruction has bolstered interest in donations  to fund the camp's $445 million rebuilding, said Peter Ford.
