Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir has been making a great show of flaunting an international warrant for his arrest over his involvement in war crimes and crimes against humanity in Darfur. After visiting Eritrea earlier this week, he traveled on Wednesday to Egypt, demonstrating the kind of confidence that one would not expect to see in a wanted criminal.
