Already plagued by political paralysis, Lebanon is now struggling with yet another problem - a water shortage. "No water, again!" shouted Khaleel Ofashi, a landlord with several buildings in Gemmayzeh, who, like his tenants, is struggling with a shortage of water at his home. "Like we don't have enough problems in this country," he said.
