Cyber attacks increasing on hospitals: Red Cross chief

Engineers from La Sabana University demonstrate low-cost ventilators for patients with COVID-19 in Bogota, Colombia, Monday, July 6, 2020. The machine called the Heron looks like many other ventilators used to treat COVID-19 patients, but this device costs about $4,000, a fifth of the price of ventilators imported from China, and it's made in Colombia, where some hospitals have been overwhelmed by coronavirus patients.
