People gather to mark the summer solstice at Stonehenge in Wiltshire, southern England,on June 21, 2012. Every June 21, the event draws together Druids, revellers, hippies, "New Age" travellers and others simply wishing to experience the mystical annual event at the 5,000-year-old monument. Stonehenge became a World Heritage Site in 1986, and despite years of research and study, the reason behind the construction of Stonehenge remains a mystery. AFP PHOTO/MIGUEL MEDINA
